Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all services offered by KP Business Services. We aim to provide the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.

Scope of Policy

This policy covers refunds and returns for consulting services, including but not limited to project management, consulting, training, and all other services provided.

Refund Eligibility

– Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the se start date.

– Full refunds are available if no significant consultancy work has commenced.

– Partial refunds may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work completed.

– No refunds will be offered after substantial completion of agreed-upon services.

Process for Requesting a Refund

– Clients must submit a refund request via email to our client service team at Lorraine@kpbusinessservices.com

– The request should include a detailed reason for the refund and any supporting documentation.

– Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Limitations

KP Business Services reserves the right to refuse a refund request if the service has been substantially completed or if the client has previously approved the work.
